In 2014, after a 20-year career in the nonprofit sector, Confluence Business Solutions was born out of a desire to serve businesses of all shapes and sizes. One of our core beliefs is that business automation is the key to scalable business growth, and our affordable solutions are designed to help businesses achieve their dreams. What to know what it feels like to be truly supported?
After years of providing ongoing support to clients needing marketing strategy and support, we discovered there were gaps between what our clients needed and what was accessible and affordable. To fill those gaps, we set out to build a system with the mission of helping small businesses succeed.
While Confluence Business Solutions helps small businesses of all shapes and sizes, we’ve really set out to provide an affordable system that is both all-in-one, but also includes mentoring, training and ongoing support. Automation on a Mission was born in 2022 to provide the following solutions:

I created Confluence Business Solutions with the mission of helping small and medium sized businesses succeed by providing simple elegant solutions to their biggest business problems, through automation and sound marketing.
Anaka joined Confluence Business Solutions as a software developer and digital strategist. With a passion and curiosity for all things tech, she has developed her skills in the arena of APIs, application development and software engineering.
Amber Smith calls herself a Jack of all trades, Amber loves wearing multiple hats in a day. Amber has been a Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, End of Life Caregiver, Nanny, and Executive Assistant. Nowadays, she can be found running the behind the scenes operations for several small businesses, assembling IKEA furniture, organizing closets, driving Uber or cleaning homes. She has a can-do spirit and her love for helping others and learning new skills knows no bounds. In her free time, she loves painting, dancing, and snuggling up to watch a good movie.
